Which company does the shipping take place with? Our partner companies for shipping your order are Interrapidisimo, Coordinadora, and TCC. We'll choose the fastest option to your destination. We'll send the tracking number to the email address you entered when placing your order, so you can track your package in real time on the shipping companies' official platforms.
How long does it take to deliver my order? Your orders will be shipped within 24 business hours after purchase. Delivery time depends on your location and can range from 2 to 5 business days.
We are not exempt from experiencing delays along the way. These may be due to errors in the destination address, new developments on the roads, and/or fortuitous events beyond our control.

1. The garment must be completely new, with the tags attached inside and out, clean, and free of visible signs or odors indicating use, prior washing, or mishandling. Please remember: Items purchased on sale or used cannot be exchanged.
2. Please note that you can only make a full or partial change to the order.
3. If you meet the above requirements, you must send us a sealed package, in the same packaging you received or, failing that, in suitable, colorless, odorless, and sufficiently secure packaging that meets the garment care requirements, within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the time of initial delivery.
4. The costs of transporting the garments are the responsibility of the buyer.

When? Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays.
5. ESSENTIAL: Include your physical order form. You can find it in your purchase confirmation email (download and print it). On the back, please write the reference, color, and size of the garments we will send in the exchange (exchanges are subject to availability, which will be confirmed by a logistics agent via WhatsApp once your package arrives). Remember that advice is provided exclusively online through our customer service lines. We do not have trained sales personnel at the factory to assist you.
6. If your change does not comply with the above, the change will NOT be made, even if you have sent it.
7. Delivery times for exchanges will depend on compliance with the previous points. Once we have confirmed the references, sizes, and colors to be sent, the shipment will be made within the next 24 business hours.
8. Items exempt from exchange due to taste, size, color or reference: Underwear, swimwear, bodysuits and garments on sale or that do not comply with the aforementioned policies.

You must explain the reason for the refund, as long as the items meet the aforementioned guidelines.
The refund process takes 15 business days after receiving the package. During this time, the refund will be processed, depending on the case, through your Mercado Pago account and/or direct transfer (only if you used this payment method), solely to the account of the purchaser, for the value of the items purchased before shipping costs.
Please note that requests will only be approved for warranty reasons, damage to the garment during shipping, or due to factory defects.
10. Warranty Change Clause The guarantee is a non-waivable right that consumers have to ensure that the product they purchase meets the quality, suitability, and safety standards offered. If the garment purchased in our store presents a manufacturing defect that affects its normal use, you may request an exchange for another item of equal or similar characteristics, or a refund, within 15 calendar days of the purchase date. This process does not incur additional shipping costs.
To be eligible for the warranty, the garment must meet the aforementioned conditions. It should be noted that the garment must be in good condition, with no signs of use, washing, or alterations. Warranty exchanges will not be accepted if the garment has been worn, damaged due to misuse or mishandling, or if the defect is a result of natural wear and tear.
The guarantee does not apply to promotional items, underwear, hosiery, leggings, or jewelry. It also does not apply to exchanges based on size, color, or customer preference, which are subject to our voluntary exchange policy. We appreciate your trust and preference.
